Classifies caller-supplied VNB revenue, budget and asset-data variances into a read-only evidence matrix. The endpoint reports row state, source-system lineage, missing evidence, owner/deadline/threshold hints, positive follow-ups and explicit no-call guards. It does not connect to ERP/SAP/GIS/MDM, reconcile systems, persist records, approve revenue, book finance, mutate master data, create HITL/workflow/webhooks, call external connectors or add Personal-Agent shortcuts.
