# List open VDMI responsibilities (read-only)

`GET /api/copilot-process/vdmi/responsibilities`

## Request

Returns VDMI matrices where the specified user (or authenticated caller) holds open Verantwortlich tasks.

If `userId` is not supplied, falls back to listing all active matrices with at least one open task.
**Read-only**: No state is changed.
