# Generic Process Intake — creates a pending_confirmation intent, no write, no auto-execution

`POST /api/copilot-process/intents`

Separate contract from the read-only Evidence Router (POST /api/evidence-router/route). Accepts a generic, domain-agnostic process/write intent and creates a ProcessExecutionIntent in pending_confirmation status. Establishes the intake/classification/HITL boundary only — the created intent's operationFamily has no case in executeProcessIntent's dispatch table (_executeIntent), so it can never be auto-executed until a developer deliberately adds a reviewed, specific case. Rejects domain-reserved operationFamily values (use the dedicated prepare* action instead, e.g. prepareVdmiEvidence) and rejects proposedAction values that resolve to a registered read-only action (use the Evidence Router instead).
