# Reject a process intent (human rejection)

`POST /api/copilot-process/intents/:intentId/reject`

Rejects a pending_confirmation intent. Must be performed by a human operator.
NOT available via Copilot — not for autonomous agent use.

  - `rejectedBy` string: Actor performing the rejection
  - `token` string: Optional Cernion MCP token for this request. Overrides CERNION_TOKEN when provided.

- `409`: Intent not in rejectable status
