# Execute a confirmed process intent (consequential)

`POST /api/copilot-process/intents/:intentId/execute`

## Request

Executes a process intent that is in pending_confirmation status. This is a consequential write action.
NOT available via Copilot. Copilot prepares intents; humans execute outside Copilot using this endpoint.

  - `executedBy` string: Actor performing the execution
  - `correlationId` string: Trace ID for audit
  - `token` string: Optional Cernion MCP token for this request. Overrides CERNION_TOKEN when provided.

Intent executed successfully

- `409`: Intent not in executable status
- `410`: Intent has expired
