`POST /account/transfer-balance`

Balance transfer from account to other.

## Request body

- object
  - `fromAccountId` integer, required: The Account Id will use to transfer form its balance.
  - `toAccountId` integer, required: The Account Id will use to transfer to its balance.
  - `amount` integer, required: The amount will be transferred.
