# Checking Verification Request

`PUT /v1/destinations/verification`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://apis.cequens.com/mfa`
- URL: `https://apis.cequens.com/mfa/v1/destinations/verification`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Compares the received passcode from your user with the check code returned from the Verify Phone Number API. If the codes match, then the passcode is validated, and the user’s phone number is successfully verified.

  - `passCode` string, required: A mandatory string to provide the code received from the phone number to be verified.
  - `checkCode` string, required: A mandatory string to provide the Check Code returned from the Send Verification Message Endpoint
