# Create a folder

`POST /test_framework/v2/scenarios/create_folder/`

Create a folder

## Request body

- ScenarioFolderCreate
  - `name` string, required: Folder name. Letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens, spaces and parentheses only.
  - `parent_path` string, nullable: Root folder to create this folder under. Omit for a root folder. Folders nest at most one level deep.
  - `project_id` integer, required: Project ID to create the folder in

## Response `201`

- ScenarioFolder
  - `name` string, required
  - `path` string: Human-readable path with case preservation
  - `is_deletable` boolean: Whether this folder can be deleted
  - `is_renamable` boolean: Whether this folder can be renamed or moved
  - `is_regression_suite` boolean: Whether this is the project's regression suite folder
  - `created_at` string, date-time
  - `updated_at` string, date-time
