  - `result_ids` string, required: Comma-separated list of result IDs
  - `question` string, required: Natural language question about failures

## Response `202`

Failure analysis queued; poll the progress endpoint with progress_id.

  - `status` string, required
  - `progress_id` string, uuid, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request (missing result_ids or question)
- `404`: No results found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
