Deprecated: `POST /test_framework/v3/results/{id}/ask_about_failures/` does this in one call and returns the result.

  - `question` string, required: Natural language question about test failures

## Response `202`

Failure analysis queued; poll the progress endpoint with progress_id.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request (missing or invalid question)
- `404`: Result not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
