## Query parameters

- `kind` string, nullable: event kind, e.g. tender_offer
- `since` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD (filed_at >= since)
- `until` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD (filed_at <= until)
- `cef` string, nullable: 1 = closed-end funds only (default), 0 = all issuers
- `issuer` string, nullable: fund ticker
- `open` string, nullable: 1 = only open (act-on) events
- `page` integer
- `per_page` integer
