GET /api/v1/router-learning/subject-retirements/{requestId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the auditlog:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Reads the audit receipt of a subject retirement. It is audit-log state a human owner reviews, not project telemetry an agent needs.
