POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/scenario-runs/{runId}/gate on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:approve_s3 scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Sandbox credential management and recording rollout gate approval remain human-only.
