`POST /projects/{projectId}/scenario-connections`

## Request

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/scenario-connections on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Sandbox credential management and recording rollout gate approval remain human-only.
