DELETE /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/route-autoclimb/exclusions/{exclusionId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:run scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Lets Caveman prove an excluded candidate again, which spends the project's proving budget on the customer's keys. A person clears what a person excluded.
