## Request

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/prompts/{promptId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the prompt:read scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the get action of the caveman_prompts tool (read access). Registered prompts and their versions.

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
