`GET /projects/{projectId}/onboarding`

## Request

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/onboarding on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: A person's own first hour. The evidence an agent would want (opportunities, improvement report, imports) is already exposed through caveman_fixes and caveman_plan; this surface only adds what the human said about themselves.
