POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/github/connect-init on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the repo:connect scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Repository binding is an OAuth trust relationship between two accounts. The human owns both sides of it.

## Request body

- object
  - `return_to` string: Console path the browser returns to when GitHub sends it back: relative, under /onboarding/ or /cave-agent, no fragment. Omitted keeps /cave-agent.

## Response `2XX`

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
