GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-scenarios/{datasetId}/versions/{version}/export.zip on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the payload:read scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Bulk scenario download is a native authenticated data export; JSON discovery and authored scenarios use scoped reads.

## Response `200`

Frozen scenario, SHA256 lock and the task runner for its adapter (run_scenario.py for Python, run_scenario.mjs for Node). Does not assert VM isolation or successful execution.

## Other responses

- `404`: Scenario version unavailable.
- `4XX`: Structured failure. `error.code` is stable; `error.request_id` is echoed in the x-cave-request-id header.
- `5XX`: Structured failure. `error.code` is stable; `error.request_id` is echoed in the x-cave-request-id header.
