DELETE /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-evaluators/{evaluatorId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Archives a reusable evaluator used by shared workbenches. Agents may create and version evaluators; a human retires shared quality policy.
