DELETE /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/eval-datasets/{datasetId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Archives a shared evaluation dataset and removes it from authoring flows. Agents may create and version datasets; a human retires shared evidence assets.
