POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/criteria/{criterionId}/versions/{version}/restore on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the eval:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Criteria are the fixed scoring an improving agent is held to (ADR 0050). An agent must not edit or drop what it is scored on; it proposes, and a person changes them.
