POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/ci/runs/{runId}/finish on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:run scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Reads or completes a run whose key was minted to a person or a CI identity. Agents read its verdict through verdicts.get.

## Response `2XX`

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
