## Request

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/briefs/{briefId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the trace:read_metadata scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the get action of the caveman_briefs tool (read access). The Improvements workspace: one written brief per finding worth a look, with its citations, charts, activity, revisions and comments. A brief's impact is the scout's estimate; once a proof is done, its proof (proof_summary on a list row) is the replayed result, always inferred, and the figure to quote.
