# GET /projects/{projectId}/annotations

`GET /projects/{projectId}/annotations`

## Request

GET /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/annotations on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the payload:read scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the search action of the caveman_annotations tool (read access). Human judgements on traces and eval runs: review notes with a label, a note and an open or resolved status, searchable across the project. Notes can quote captured content, so reading them needs payload access.
