`POST /projects/{projectId}/agent-notebook/entries`

## Request

POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/agent-notebook/entries on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the proposal:draft scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the append action of the caveman_notebook_write tool (write access). Append one row to an improvement case's notebook: a plan, hypothesis, edit, result, dead end, running notes or a declined inbox item. Only an improvement session's case token may write, and a row authorizes nothing.
