DELETE /api/v1/org/sso/group-mappings/{mappingId} on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the sso:manage scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: IdP group mappings change organization access policy; agents must not create or modify identity controls.

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
