POST /api/v1/opportunities/{opportunityId}/create-experiment on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the experiment:run scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the create_experiment action of the caveman_fixes_write tool (write access). Dismiss or mark opportunities implemented, create an experiment from an opportunity, record outcomes, and submit practice findings. Legacy optimization proposal creation is retired.
