# POST /inbox/items

`POST /inbox/items`

## Request

POST /api/v1/inbox/items on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the inbox:write scope. Exposed to autonomous agents as the emit action of the caveman_inbox_write tool (write access). Emit an inbox item from an agent run, and archive/resolve/act on items.
