`POST /imports/gateway-config`

## Request

POST /api/v1/imports/gateway-config on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the policy:draft scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: Reads another gateway's configuration and, on apply, mints credentials, invites members and rewrites the admission policy. Every one of those is a human decision, and the source file can carry provider secrets.

## Response `2XX`

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
