GET /api/v1/code/service-accounts/{serviceAccountId}/repo-secrets on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the org:update scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: The vault holds a service account's credentials and the repository secrets people grant it. A person with org:update stores, grants, lists and removes them; values are write-only and reach only the computers running that account's sessions. No agent connection reads or changes them.

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
