`POST /code/chats/{sessionId}/calls`

## Request

POST /api/v1/code/chats/{sessionId}/calls on the Caveman Cloud control plane. Requires the code:write scope. Not exposed to autonomous agents: A person's chats sync to their own devices through the Code app (ADR 0135): the list, its stream, the Cloud copy, marks, queued calls and moves. An agent works inside a Code session and never lists, reads, calls or moves a person's chats from a control-plane connection.

## Response `2XX`

Successful response. Exact status depends on synchronous or durable delivery outcome.
