`POST /v2/organisations`

## Request

## Request body

- CreateOrganisationDto
  - `organisations` CreateOrganisationPayloadDto[], required: List of organisations to create
    - `display_name` string, required: Display name of the organisation
    - `parent_id` string, required: Parent organisation id
    - `vehicle_ids` string[]: Vehicle IDs to move to the new organisation
    - `excluded_user_ids` string[]: List of user IDs to exclude from auto-assignment

## Response `200`

The created organisation

- CreateOrganisationResponseDto
  - `total` number, required: Total organisations requested
  - `success` number, required: Total organisations successfully created
  - `organisation_ids` string[], required: List of created organisation IDs
