# Confirm Compaction

`POST /memories/compact/confirm`

Execute confirmed merges. For each merge:
- Updates the keep memory with merged_content and merged_importance
- Records dropped IDs in merged_from field
- Deletes the dropped memories
Agent must supply the final merged content — we do not auto-generate it.
