Expand a search-result snippet into the whole paragraph it was cut from.

A `/search` hit's `matching_paragraph` is a 40-word crop of `full_text`, so
it starts and ends mid-sentence. This resolves that crop back to a single
paragraph for "show whole paragraph", without loading the judgment.

`found: false` when the paragraph cannot be placed — a case with no indexed
paragraphs, or a crop that anchors to nothing. The caller keeps showing the
crop rather than an unrelated paragraph.
