# Undo Change

`POST /admin/monitor/changes/{change_id}/undo`

Reverse a fix.

Guards (plan v4 §3, §9):
  - Only state='applied' rows are eligible (no double-undo).
  - Within UNDO_WINDOW_HOURS of applied_at.
  - Current row state must still match recorded new_value (so we don't
    revert a row that's already been changed externally).
