Kick off a background audit run; returns the run_id immediately.

  - `checks` string[], nullable: Subset of audit checks to run. None = all. Allowed values: ['completeness', 'consistency', 'duplicates', 'field_pollution', 'future_year_offenders', 'graph', 'integrity', 'lr_fold_integrity', 'stubs', 'temporal_causality']
  - `samples` integer: Sample rows to capture per finding.
  - `triggered_by` string, nullable: Free-form label written to audit_runs.triggered_by.
  - `scope_since` string, nullable: ISO timestamp. Only audit authorities ingested after this. Scope-aware checks only.
  - `scope_until` string, nullable: ISO timestamp. Upper bound on authorities.created_at.
  - `scope_label` string, nullable: Human label for the run ('last 7d', 'custom'). Defaults to 'all time' or a derived 'since/until' string.
