`POST /api/v1/planner/templates`

## Request

Create a custom report template for the user's organization.

Premium feature: requires premium or enterprise plan.
Allows customising section order, hiding sections, and adding
a custom intro paragraph to reports.

## Request body

- ReportTemplateCreate: Request to create a custom report template.
  - `name` string, required
  - `section_order` string[], nullable
  - `hidden_sections` string[], nullable
  - `custom_intro` string, nullable
  - `is_default` boolean

## Response `201`
