# Compose a Precedent Memo (.docx) for an address + development type

`POST /api/v1/planner/memo`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au/api/v1/planner/memo`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the memo as a Word attachment. 404 when the address cannot be
resolved to a parcel we hold; sparse data never errors — the memo states
what is missing instead.

## Request body

- MemoRequest
  - `address` string, required: Site address
  - `dev_type` string, required: Development type (e.g. dual_occupancy, subdivision, townhouse)
  - `intent` string, nullable: Optional free-text client brief, quoted verbatim in the memo

## Response `200`
