Get interesting stats about a suburb for the workspace loading screen.

A PARAMETER ACCEPTED AND NEVER BOUND (fixed 2026-08-29). `lga` was in the
signature and reached none of the seven queries below, every one of which
matches on `address LIKE '%<suburb>%'` alone. Suburb names repeat across
councils in SE QLD, and the LIKE also catches street names carrying the
token, so "Springfield has N decided DAs with an X% approval rate" could be
several suburbs pooled — a bigger, better-looking number, and the caller
had passed the council that would have separated them.
