# Predict Approval

`POST /api/v1/intelligence/predict-approval`

## Request

Predict DA approval probability based on zone benchmarks, overlay risk,
comparable DAs, and lot sizing. Returns a 0-100 score with adjustments.

## Request body

- PredictionRequest: Request body for approval prediction and condition prediction.
  - `address` string, required: Property address to look up
  - `development_type` string: subdivision, duplex, multi_dwelling, mcu, general
  - `lot_count` integer, nullable: Proposed number of lots/dwellings
