`GET /api/v1/intelligence/market-intelligence`

## Request

Real-time market intelligence for a given LGA (optionally filtered by zone).

Returns temporal trends for charting:
- Lodgement velocity (monthly, 24 months)
- Processing time trend (quarterly)
- Approval rate trend (quarterly)
- Development type mix
- Hot zones (most active zone codes in last 12 months)

## Query parameters

- `lga` string, required: LGA name (required)
- `zone_code` string: Filter by zone code
