Returns geotech (slopes, foundations), stormwater (OSD volumes), and traffic data
from real submitted DA documents.

## Query parameters

- `lga` string, required: LGA name (required)
- `zone_code` string: Filter by zone code
- `overlay` string: Filter by overlay type (flood, bushfire, etc.)
- `doc_type` string: Document type: geotech, stormwater, traffic
- `limit` integer
