# Get Comparable Das

`GET /api/v1/intelligence/comparable-das`

Spatial comparable DA search with optional condition summaries.

Results are DECIDED applications only (preliminary._DECIDED_FILTER
semantics — 'pending'/'unknown'/'in progress' decision strings are
excluded, not just NULLs) and deduplicated by application number: a DA
spanning several parcels joins ci_properties once per parcel, so without
dedupe the same application repeats at slightly different distances
(build log 2026-07-10). The nearest row per application is kept.
