# Get Area Stats

`POST /api/v1/intelligence/area-stats`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Compute DA statistics within a user-drawn polygon.
Accepts polygon vertices as [[lat, lng], ...] and returns
aggregate stats, zone breakdown, and development type distribution.
Uses PostGIS ST_Contains for spatial filtering.

## Request body

- AreaStatsRequest: Request body for polygon area statistics.
  - `polygon` array[], required: Polygon vertices as [[lat, lng], ...], minimum 3 points
    - number[]
  - `lga` string, nullable: Optional LGA filter

## Response `200`

- AreaStatsResponse: Statistics for DAs within a drawn polygon area.
