Founder: mark a manual-handoff task done.

Sets status='done' + completed_at=NOW(). Optionally writes a customer-visible
activity on the task's project. Founder-only. Declared before /{project_id}.

  - `customer_activity` string, nullable: Optional customer-visible timeline entry when ticking the task off.
