# Surface Quote Cards

`POST /api/v1/da-project/ops/projects/{project_id}/quotes/surface`

Founder: surface gathered quote cards to the customer (Wave 6A).

Marks the targeted (or all) draft quote cards surfaced (status 'quoted',
metadata.surfaced=true + surfaced_at), writes ONE customer activity, sends
ONE 'status updated' email, and advances the project to consultant_scoping so
the approve_quotes CTA is meaningful. Founder-only; declared before
/{project_id}.

- `project_id` string, required

## Request body

- SurfaceQuotesRequest: Founder: surface gathered quote cards to the customer (Wave 6A). Surfaces all draft quote cards on the project, or only the given ``quote_ids`` when supplied. One customer activity + one email are written.
  - `quote_ids` string[], nullable: Specific card ids to surface; omit to surface all unsurfaced cards.
  - `advance_stage` boolean: Advance the customer view to consultant_scoping so the approve_quotes CTA is meaningful (only moves forward; never rewinds).
