# Set Project Status

`POST /api/v1/da-project/{project_id}/status`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Founder: advance/set a project's DA stage.

Updates ci_tp_projects.stage + stage_updated_at, writes a customer-visible
activity, notifies the project owner (in-app + email). Founder-only.

## Path parameters

- `project_id` string, required

## Request body

- StatusUpdateRequest
  - `stage` string, required: A DA_STAGES key to move the project to.
  - `note` string, nullable: Internal note (not shown to the customer).
  - `customer_message` string, nullable: Customer-visible message. Defaults to a friendly stage blurb.
