# Approve Rfi Charge Endpoint

`POST /api/v1/da-project/{project_id}/rfi/{rfi_id}/approve-charge`

Customer (applicant-owned): approve the additional RFI-response work (Wave 6D).

Sets the RFI's ``charge_status`` to 'approved', writes a customer activity and
notifies the founder so the response work is unblocked. Authenticated +
ownership-checked (owner org or founder). Idempotent — a second approve on an
already-actioned charge returns a clear 409.
