# Search Comparable Sales

`GET /api/v1/comparable-sales`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Search for comparable property sales near a target property.
Uses PostGIS ST_DWithin for spatial search, filtered by date range and property type.

## Query parameters

- `property_id` string, required: Target property UUID
- `radius` integer: Search radius in metres
- `property_type` string, nullable: Filter by property type
- `months` integer: Look back period in months
- `limit` integer: Max results
